I work with individuals navigating a range of personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger, emotional ups and downs, ADHD complexities, and relationship struggles.

Many clients, both individuals and couples, come to me feeling stuck in how they communicate or wanting to better understand and express their emotions. Together, we build the insight and tools needed to connect with Self and with others.
